It is now after March 1 and this registration will be late. There is a $5 per brother late fee, and we are unable to guarantee the availability of T-shirts, souvenir glassware, or anything else. If you feel your registration should receive special consideration and/or not be charged a late fee, please e-mail conclave@mit.edu after registering and before sending payment.

Please designate one person in your chapter who will be coming to Conclave as a primary contact below. We will send relevant information to them via email, including a confrmation of registration, and will contact them if we need anything from you.

Registration will be open from 7pm to 11pm on Friday night, and from 8am to 9am on Saturday morning. If you arrive later on Saturday, you can register upon arrival, but you will miss some of the Conclave workshops and LEADS courses (which begin at 9:30am). Approximate arrival and departure times help us ensure that Registration is staffed with enough people that you will not have a long wait in line.

Attendee Registration

Please indicate which size t-shirt each attendee would like and which LEADS course they are planning to take, if any. Discover participants must have previously taken Launch. LEADS courses have capacity constraints, so we may not be able to accommodate all who are interested in a particular course. Those not taking a LEADS course may choose from a selection of other workshops to take on Saturday morning.
